All products are tested and quality checked before leaving our HQ. If in the unlikely event your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us with images of the fault. If the item is found to be damaged or faulty, we will refund the order. Any return shipping for faulty items will be covered by Mint.s Body.
All orders placed before 8.30pm will be shipped next day via Australia Post or a courier. Depending on your state, delivery make take up to 3 - 5 business days: this excludes weekends & public holidays. All orders place on a Friday will be shipped out the following Monday at 9am.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking.
Please be aware, Mint.s Body/Hello Hari is not liable for loss or damage of an item during transit.
We endeavour to always keep stock levels on our website accurate. If by chance an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via phone or email on the day of order. We will try and fill the order from one of our stockists or manufacturers. Please be aware this may cause a delay from a couple of days to a week. If we cannot fulfil your order, you may choose another item of equal value, receive a store voucher or refund.
In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund will be issued.
All items must be returned in original condition, unworn and with swing tags attached.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your return and your refund.
You may return any full price garment for change of mind for a refund minus shipping costs.
Any return shipping for faulty items will be covered by Mint.s Body.

Please be aware this is not an immediate delivery service. We deliver all orders with this shipping option on weekends, one day a week depending on the weeks orders.
We will contact you after you have placed your order to confirm delivery time.
If you would like your order sooner, please contact us to arrange pick up, for a click and collect option Monday - Sunday 8am-8pm ( Click and Collect available )
If you are not from the Newcastle & Hunter region and choose this delivery option, we will contact you with an invoice for the remaining payment for shipping and your order will not be shipped until the remaining cost is paid.
