International Shipping

  • New Zealand: $15
  • All Other Countries: $25


Dispatch & Delivery

All orders placed before 8:30pm will be dispatched the next business day via Australia Post or a trusted courier partner.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • 3–5 business days (varies by location)
  • Excludes weekends and public holidays

Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Local Delivery – Newcastle & Hunter Region

We offer free local delivery within Newcastle and the Hunter Region.

Please note:

  • Deliveries are completed once per week (typically weekends)
  • This is not an express service
  • Our team will contact you to confirm your delivery time

If you require your order sooner, we offer Click & Collect:

  • Available Monday–Sunday, 8:00am–8:00pm
  • Collection location: Glendale (details provided upon order)

If this delivery option is selected outside of the eligible region, additional shipping charges will apply before dispatch.


Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns on sale items or for change of mind
  • All products are thoroughly tested and quality checked before dispatch

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us with clear images of the issue
  • Once assessed and approved, we will provide a full refund
  • Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by Mint.s Body


Stock Availability

While we aim to keep all stock levels accurate, occasionally items may become unavailable.

If this occurs:

  • We will contact you on the day of your order
  • We may source the item from a stockist or manufacturer (may cause a short delay)

If we are unable to fulfil your order, you can choose:

  • A replacement item of equal value
  • A store credit
  • A full refund
